I'm a married mother of three grown up children, two boys and a girl. all having families of their own now and all giving me a grandson each. My daughter has just had her second child 8th January. It's a girl! Sophie Lea my first grandaughter and I'm over the moon and so proud.
I have always loved music and singing, having been brought up with Roy Orbison & Gene Pitney, two of my favourite artists.
I have seen a few artists/bands like Aerosmith, Kiss, Styx, Boston, Black Crowes, Ozzy Osbourne, Jean Michael Jarr, David Essex, David Cassidy, Osmonds, Bay City Rollers, Peter Andre, Marc Bolan who was the first famous singer I ever saw when I was about 9-10 years old. I'm sure there have been more.
The only singing I ever did publically was at School functions nothing more, until 35 years later (Oct 2007) when I was introduced to singsnap.
It's so addictive and I'm enjoying every minute, meeting new friends, who are giving me the encouragement to carry on. Thank you, all of you for your comments they are very much appreciated.
I have repeated many songs on singsnap, so sorry if I'm getting boring, I can only improve with more practice. Here is some lovely pictures of my home town Blackburn, here you will find historical buildings mixed with Modern.

I'd like to post a couple of songs taken from You Tube, of my favourite band ever F.M. Me & my husband have followed F.M for many years, and after a 12 year split they have got back togther again. Steve Overland his one of the best male vocal I have ever heard. Band menebers are Steve Overland (The Voice) Merv Goldsworthy an old freind of my husband, Pete Jupp, Andy Barnett, there have been a couple of keyboard player, Didge Digital & Jem Davis. They have toured with Tina Turner, Meatloaf & Foreigner.
