Hi, Glad You Pop In! So you wanted to know more about me..huh! mmm..Well OK, First off they got it all wrong up top. I’m not 41yrs old, that's how old my owner Laurie is. As for me I am as old as I feel, and as young as I can be with in the legal limits. (so no jailbait better come a callin')
As for what kind of Bird I am, mm well in the UK I'd be called a girl. And in the wild I am sure something different that's for sure. You see, My Mother comes from a bunch of Chicken Shaits whom…Well...kinda fell of the Chicken Truck! As for my Father...well he flew the Coop when I was just a Hatchling.
Laurie and I have kept in touch over many years. It was only recently that I came to live with her full-time now. And well I have to say...it kinda of funny almost weird you can say. I got the normal human voice..and she ...well she sounds like a one of them Muppets gone a-rye. Sqwahhhahah! And we both like to sing. She a little bit Country and I'm little bit..Cuckoo! no seriously I am..Thats why we get along so well. I love to sing many differnt kinds of genre..but I find Classic Pop/Rock hard to sing. And Duet-ing is something new to me. So if you hear me Duet-ing you know I am just Winging It! (something you will hear a lot of around here). So I hope I have shed some light on in this area. Now if you are not too tired from all my balking & Sqawking..maybe you like to re-up on my owner below. She's a NUTTER!

I Don’t Look At All What You Exspected HUH!.

Howdy Peeps! As my Beautiful feather GF Swedybird said..Im a right old nutter. I was hatched as she like to say...in So. Calif. (so.of L.A). I graduated HS in '84 and while waiting to get into the Marine Corp. I meet my Swedish Husband as a Tourist in DownTown L.A. at a buss stop. (I picked him up). To cut to the chase. (as it's a romance novel to tell you all the details) after 2 weeks it was 'LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT' (so to speak). And after 5 weeks, he kinda popped the question. (I of coursed said yes). I arrived in Sweden in Nov' 85, Got married in Jan '86 and in March '86 we were blessed with our Mircle Son. (I had 1%chance of getting preggers as I suffer from PCO)
I have been living in Sweden for 22ys now. It’s better to raise a child in Sweden then in the USA. (Can’t beat free medical & dental until they are 20yrs old). And since my wonderful husband is 10yrs older, it was better for him to live here..seeing he is 100% swede. I do not have much of a family to go home to in the USA. We just moved to the middle of Sweden. (vastmansland). So we’re still trying to get settled in. And what we thought was going to be Phase 3 of our lives, is put on hold now. As our 21yr old son did not get in the schools he wanted, and has YET to find a job either. (one can only hope that will happen soon). Also Living with us our family pet 'Neelix' named after the character in Star Trek Voyager Series. (They have same markings).
I am a Big Beautiful women..and I am going on 3 yrs of being Cancer Free. (had cancer of the uterus & a full hystro.) I have had a few nerous break downs while living here. And I find it very hard socially with the swedes here. I guess I just miss the Am. Culter life of love thy neighbour. I miss a lot of Am.Things, BBQ, Fam. Holiday Gathering/Dinners, Shopping Mall and so many little things we take for granted each and every day. (like shortening, chocolate chips, food colouring paste..etc). As you already know Singing is what keeps me Sane. Without it I would really go crazy. (so I thank you all for any comment you leave me..thanks) Other Hobbies I like are the following in this order: Talking (ok not a hobby..its a Fact..I talk to much), Playing NEOWPETS, I collect Ghost Items (non-halloween) and M&M Items, I also like to gofishing. I use to bake American Cakes her as a hobby when my son was older. (still do on rare occasions) and one other thing I do is make up songs off top of my head (but I forget them very fast..my son calls them Moms deposable songs). Well I thank you if you made it this far. Not much more to right about..(yes there is..but then I would not have it to share in Pms then)
