I've enjoyed singing for sometime now since singing while playing the piano for my church. I love music of all types but I am very partial to classic country, early rockin roll, Elvis, and so much more. I've played the piano for years and enjoy playing my guitar very much too. My family has influence my music in many ways. Most of all with their support over the years. Most of them have been called home now but I know they are with me each time I sing or play.
Music has been and will always be apart of my life in one way or another. I've had dreams of recording some of my own songs one day if its God's will that will come to pass. If that's not to be then as long as what I sing or play touches just one person then I would consider it a job well done.
I am so honored to have won the "Sing 10 Pages of Elvis Contest". It was hosted by A10cgirl and started back in April and finally ended July 29th. During the coarse of the contest every Elvis Presley track on Singsnap was used. I am so honored I even placed and just can't believe I won. My thanks to everyone for the wonderful comments and support that means so much to me!! I was honored to recently win the "Doo Wop & Elvis & Oldies Before 1979 Contest" held byMystical-Eyes.
