General Daily Horoscope for everyone
The dreamy Pisces Moon can soften the sharp edges of reality, encouraging us to fill in the details with our imagination. Instead of seeing the outer world clearly, we are viewing it through the filters of our individual fantasies and fears. Attractive Venus forms a stressful square to nebulous Neptune, further blurring our ability to be objective. Falling in love with someone or something is easy now; finding the truth may be more of a challenge.
Virgo Horoscopes (Aug 23 - Sep 22)
Saturday, October 11, 2008 -- It may seem as if others are being wishy-washy and no matter what you say, they won't be very specific. You cannot respond to what's happening if everyone is stopping short of just coming out and speaking what's on their minds. Instead of making anyone angry, it's better to wait for a couple of days and then start your search for the truth again.

LOVE IS WORTH THE RISK
Of all forms of caution, caution in love is perhaps the most fatal to true happiness.
Bertrand Russell (1872-1970)
Philosopher and mathematician
Love is everything it’s cracked up to be. That’s why people are so cynical about it…It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don’t risk anything, you risk even more.

How To Save Your Own Life
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
JACK (age 3) was watching his Mom breast-feeding his new baby sister. After a while he asked: "Mom why have you got two? Is one for hot and one for cold milk?"
MELANIE (age 5) asked her Granny how old she was. Granny replied she was so old she didn't remember any more. Melanie said, "If you don't remember you must look in the back of your panties. Mine say five to six."
STEVEN (age 3) hugged and kissed his Mom good night. "I love you so much that when you die I'm going to bury you outside my bedroom window."
BRITTANY (age 4) had an earache and wanted a pain killer. She tried in vain to take the lid off the bottle. Seeing her frustration, her mom explained it was a child-proof cap and she'd have to open it for her. Eyes wide with wonder, the little girl asked: "How does it know it's me?"
SUSAN (age 4) was drinking juice when she got the hiccups. "Please don't give me this juice again," she said, "It makes my teeth cough."
DJ (age 4) stepped onto the bathroom scale and asked: "How much do I cost?"
MARC (age 4) was engrossed in a young couple that were hugging and kissing in a restaurant. Without taking his eyes off them, he asked his dad: "Why is he whispering in her mouth?"
CLINTON (age 5) was in his bedroom looking worried. When his mom asked what was troubling him, he replied, "I don't know what'll happen with this bed when I get married. How will my wife fit in?"
JAMES (age 4) was listening to a Bible story. His dad read: "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee out of the city but his wife looked back and was turned to salt." Concerned, James asked: "What happened to the flea?"
"Dear Lord," the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. "Without you, we are but dust..." He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four year old girl voice, "Mom, what is butt dust?"
If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by
For you and I
-- "If We Hold On"
I hope you don't mind,
I hope you don't mind,
that I put into words,
how wonderful life is,
now you're in the world.
All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.
To all my SS friends and family:
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you are a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Thanks to Katrina, Pawpawsboy143, for sending this to me.
