Evidence is everywhere, Frank. I can start with our justice system...people are convicted of crimes just to be let back on the streets to commit those crimes again. The numbers are definitely growing there. Even our voting system is in question...how many elections have we had where there is accusations of fixed elections? The banking system is being torn apart. Things that we once believed was a right or a freedom is now becoming under government control. Government continues to take over more of our lives as the days go by. Our school system is crumbling right before our eyes. We are coming up with a whole new set of rules to live by. Everything is becoming something I don't recognize anymore because it's changing so much.
And you think Obama is doing all of this???? PPHHLLEEEEZE!!!, this has been going on for ages, No Child Left Behind was a monumental failure, and none of what you said makes us more vulnerable to attacks, so let's not play games.
Frank, this is where having a conversation over things affecting us makes it impossible because it always ends up as a "Blame or defend Obama/Bush" issue. Of course I don't think Obama is doing all of this. That's ludicrous to even suggest that someone thinks that. Our system has been going downhill for some time now and what we need is improvement not more of the downhill spiral. As for Obama, there are things I agree with and then there are things I don't. Some of his goals are good ones (some are questionable) but the way these goals are to be reached is usually where I have the most problem because I see more negative impact than I see good. Bush isn't the president now....I had my time of criticizing some of the things he did also. I also don't agree with what either party does all the time in Congress. I don't think we are going to make any progress for the better until we are all (and I include myself) willing to put the politics aside and really discuss what's happening to try to find workable solutions that don't turn American lives upside down and stick together to let our representatives know what we think. My gosh....they pass bills without even reading them because they know there is one paragraph in the whole dang thing they support.
I gotta get out of here. It's time to balance my checkbook. I think I need a bailout...LOL
Agreed, both parties stink, we need a third party...and I don't mean Libertarians..LOL!! Now Coconut Dave is going to be mad at me. And probably Fitz too.

Liberals have absolutely no sense of humor or concept of colloquealism, if I spelled that right. Of course he isn't rooting for an attack on the US. He was looking for a soundbyte to get noticed, to get people to snap to and think about the broader picture. For most of us, mission accomplished. I watched that show. If liberals find that sort of intelligencia above and beyond them, being simplistic idiots that take everything literally, me thinketh they protesteth too much... but then again, I never knew a liberal who could shut up.
Naaaah..... Frank I'll agree with you for once. Politics is so bad these days it is beneath a Libertarian's dignity to be actively engaged in politics... that's sad.
I'm throwing in my agreement about the two parties. I would love to see a strong 3rd party who really had this country's interest at heart. Okay...I'm back to balancing my checkbook...LOL

At the same time just think about this:
If the U.S. is attacked again then it may show that tighter security is needed and those who want more security will be right.
If the U.S. is NOT attacked again then it may show that the security is fine as it is and those who think so will be right.
Hmmmmmmm . . . . kind of a Catch-22 isn't it?
Personally I'm voting for no attacks please.
Anyway, carry on folks.
why attack when you infiltrate? its all going to boil down to patching hostile feelings of past times and understand peoples feelings like this bin laden// it will be a bold new world// now russia is going to allow Weapons to us in afganastan ? why are we freinds all of the sudden? /// there has been Proof they have suplied our foes ? look at right here on the border// Helicopters that the cartels used// they were painted to deceive the u.s.a. gov / they were from russia //fact!
