Does anyone know how to record with M-Audio? I was told by several people that I would have no problem using M-Audio to get the "stereo-mix" working on my sound card but I am still unable to record. This is getting me more and more frustrated. I originally had a Sigmatel audio card in but that was giving me trouble.
I have Xp and NOTHING is working. I just bought Xp and got it after a month and a half of fighting with Dell.. Now I plug in my M-audio I have no more "stereo mix" option. I only have "capture" as an option. I am so very frustrasted. I don't know what to do anymore. I really don't want to give up but it seems to be the only way... :(

OMG Thank you so much for your advice :) Finally some shred of hope. I'll see what I can do about returning the M-audio. I have had it for about 2 months now not sure they will take it back. Just our of curiosity do you know roughly how much the Yamaha is?
We don't have a Guitar Center in Montreal, but I know of a place. I am sure they can help me out. Thanks again :)

Hi Gear Guy, I myself just bought a M-audio delta 1010LT sound card. It's in the computer. (operating system; Windows XP) I loaded the drivers.
Now I'm trying to just get the sound to work.......
Do you know anything about this card?
I do not want a different sound card. I want to learn this one.... and use it..lol.....Hope you can help me.....;)
