Hello to new folks here on "The Challenge." Here are the rules:
Simply it is this: Every day, we post a theme for the Ladies and Men to do. After each day the guest hosts stop taking entries and sometime the host will post the results to the challenge and the next guest host will post the new challenge...or theme for the coming day.
The only rules are to follow the theme and to visit at least three other member's songs and say hello.
The Challenge is not really a contest, but a way to get folks together and get listens to our songs and possibly start new friendships. Just a concept that tfson (Tom) got in his head, and even though he didn't really know whether it would last more than a day, it has far surpassed his wildest expectations! This challenge has been one of the longest running in SS. It works because of the people who sing here and interact and that's why we have fun here.
So, come in each day and look usually on the second reply of the thread and find the day's current theme, find the song you want to enter, sing it, and then post the link here on the board and have fun listening to others here. That's it!
You can post a song you already have in your archives unless otherwise stated.
This is just for folks to meet, sing, and have fun!

I am Lynn, and I will be your host today.
OK Today's Challenge is Gender Benders!!! Yep, time to sing gender benders again, ladies sing a song usually sung by a guy, and guys you have to sing a song usually sung by a lady...
Please mark your song as your challenge song, you can sing and post as many as you like, but please be sure I know which one is your challenge song.
Duets too please, The guy sings the ladies side and the ladies sing the guys side. And you can enter a duet and your regular single song if you want to! I will bookmark both!
Pre-Records are allowed!!!!
THIS CHALLENGE WILL RUN FROM THE FOLLOWING TIME:
4AM.October 21 UK TIME TIL 4AM October 22 UK TIME
11:00PM EST October 20 TIL 11:00PM EST. October 21
10:00PM CST October 20 TIL 10:00PM CST. October 21
There will be awards!
Please enjoy yourselves and have fun. And Please remember to listen to at least 3 other people's challenge entries.
And just a note! Please remember the guestbooks! Everyone loves to see comments in their guestbooks, so if you can find the time drop a note in a few guestbooks!
