Yo dudes! Welcome to Rd 24 of the League of Extraordinary Snappers…this time round we’re chilling out a bit & funking ourselves up…..no…I said FUNKING (rolls eyes)!!!

This time round we’re venturing into the world of R&B & Soul…cue pictures :)))))

Round 25 will round from the end of Round 24 until 7pm SS time on Thursday 2nd October. It’s time for another trip into the past again, this time back 50 years or thereabouts as you must sing a song from the 1950s…so anything from January 1st 1950 to December 31st 1959 is fine. Remember, if you feel there is ANY doubt about whether your entry will qualify or not, please check with me or your league judge first :))))))

Note to all contestants...the contest is scheduled to finish on October 21st...this means that for Round 30 there will be NO LEEWAY...when the round ends the contest ends...I'm not anticipating this being an issue for anyone, but it pays to bring it to evryone's attention now!!!

For this reason, Round 29 will have just 2 days' leeway, Round 28 will have 6 days' leeway, Round 27 will have 10, & Round 26 will have the full 2 weeks...this means ALL late results will be in 2 days before the end of the contest....& from this point onwards, leeway will ONLY be given to those with a valid reason for not submitting AND NO SUITABLE PRERECORDS...if anyone claims they haven't had time now & I discover a suitable song in their archive that song will automatically be entered & the penalty will be issued. For the remaining rounds only 1 potentially would mean a new recording...I'm anticipating 95% of contestants will have suitable prerecords for all other rounds...certainly for MOST!

So this is very important...if you don't have time for a new recording & you have a song that would qualify...enter it or suffer the consequences!!! lol
