Solutions to the Problems

I am a member of singsnap going on three years now and in this section I see many problems and members looking for solutions. Sometimes solutions are found and at other times it seems that the person asking the question is just left in the dark without a solution being offered.(now perhaps they are in PM with a tech support or something..but we have no way of knowing). What I would like to see is maybe if a problem has been addressed by tech support or red staff member..is that the person come back on the thread and perhaps offer or write up what fix they found for the problem. This may in fact help other members who are having similar problems and cut down on the time that support needs to spend with members who are having the same issue.

Edited to add more to this..perhaps create a sticky with the top problems and some possible solutions
1. cam freeze
2. dropouts
3. can't hear voice
4.can't hear music

hmmmmmmm kinda wouldn't even think to look there when this area is addressed as website problems and help..
