Hi.. I want to have a go at a contest..
Cos its my first its gonna be very small and manageable ;)
The rules are you pick any song on your account.. I don't care if it is gold/ normal/ old/ new/ sung in a different pitch..
I will accept 10 entries only, cos I can't listen to more and I want this to work! All who audition (yeah all 10) get in.
Everyone must send in their favourite 3 entries once all the 10 are in.. I will put my top 3 in too... this means it will be completely fair as everyone is a judge..
Everyone is expected to listen.. but cos there will only be 10.. it won't take long..
Any ties.. will be written up as top 3 but with ties! ie. Joint
I'll only tell u guys the top 3.. so u won't know if u came last or 4th,...
This will be quick, simply, fair and fun..
This will run over this wkend.. but I will try to sort the results as quickly as possible. If I get my 10 contestants sooner.. than we can move faster but this must be over by monday!
So.. just post your song!

Welcome to SingSnap, Sarah! Good luck with your 1st contest!! Hoping I understand your instructions correctly here: Pre-records are OK. We only submit one song right now - when you have ten contestants, we will all be submitting two more? Another question.. just how is the judging going to be done?

Patience, honey, patience! It takes time to listen to everyone and those with dial-up have to wait for them to download - which takes forever and a day if they have video!
