frezzing video

MANY REASONS CAUSE THIS MOST LIKELY YOUR CAMERA IS NOT MATCHED TO THE BORD ON YOUR PC ID SEE WHAT YOUR MANUFACTURE RECOMMENDS NEXT IS YOUR VIDEO CARD IS IT FAST ENOUGH TO KEEP UP WITH TO DAYS DATA STREAMS IF NOT SOUNDS LIKE ITS TIME FOR A UPGRADE THE GEAR GUY.

if its not freezing during looking at other videos it may not be your video card try clearing your cookies and cashe on your browser and/or trying a different browser see if that helps could also be internet speeds :D

well if you believe it is a singsnap issue, then you need to take your question to Website Problems & Help forum. OR Pm an SS Staff ( the ones in RED). It could be many factors why your cam freezes up. Mine does it every now and then but I clean up my temps/cookies, make sure that not too many things are running in the background that could cause such delay and it fixes it. I could also just be that at the time that you make your recordings too many people are recording and the SS server can't handle it. I don't know but it can be various factors. Before I completely blame SS for causing my problem, I check everything on my end. It's usually on my end or at the time that it happened SS was doing an update or something rather, but it was temporary.

IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE COMPUTER CPU IF ITS 200 MHZ WONT HANDLE DATA STREAMS OF TO DAY AND WILL GET CHOPPY AND FREEZE UP A 3.2 GHZ CPU WITH 2 GIG OF RAM AT LEAST AND A FASTER GRAPHICS CARD MAY ALSO HELP THE GEAR GUY. AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CABLE HI SPEED INTERNET DSL IS BECOMING OBSOLETE THESE DAYS THE GEAR GUY.

THEN TRY UPGRADING YOUR FLASH PLAYER AND GIVE FULL ACESS TO SINGSNAP SITE SO YOUR FIREWLL DONT BLOCK THE SINGSNAP SERVERS..... THE GEAR GUY.

same thing used to happen to me alot...i upgraded my flash player and it helped...it still freezes aometimes, but not everytime....i cleared my cache updated my flash...and i also turned off my email messenger....when i get an email, it used to freeze it as well....also, when you press mmsb, make sure that the vid is all the way loaded...sometimes i wait a couple minutes...it seems to help

Hi there dreammaster
Here is something you can try
go through the singsnap wizard again and when you get to the last test (upload speed),change the upload speed,down one level.It will slow down the upload by a bit and hopefully correct the problem.It may be uploading too fast and causing this issue.
