angelelissa singing heals the soul!I am angelelissa and would love for folks to look me up. If you view my profile, you will note I have not sung in 2 years due to illness, however so want to jump back in the saddle! Please take a listen and I only ask you keep in mind I am healing my voice, but do want to be a part of the group here! Thanks!

Still learning my way around here. May I please let you know I sometimes feel a bit out of the loop here and do not know how to become more involved. I have sung some songs I am very proud of and no one listens or comments. Is that common? As I said above, it is a real leap of faith for me to be here, as I am in the process of trying to heal my voice and have a chronic illness that keeps me down a bit. I so want to share with others and to let them know I am here. I have no toys to augment my voice. It is just little old me. No reverb or enhancements. I would love to get something to help me in that way too, but do not know how or where to go. Tech has tried to help a bit, but I still am in the dark. I appreciate you responding to my intro. You were it. Guess I am feeling a bit alone. LOL!

Hi Angelissa!
I think when we all first joined it seemed like no-one would ever come to listen to us, but the longer you're on here, the more you gain fans and faves, and the views and comments do start to rack up a bit.
You can always put any of your recordings into the Promotion folder in the hopes that people will have a listen, but for me, the best way to make new friends was to start joining in with the Challenges and Contests..there are so many diverse characters about, I'm sure you'd be able to find a niche :)
I'm sorry to hear about your illness, and hope that singing on here can be theraputic to it in some way, and I hope that you don't feel so alone now!
