Well guys thanks for being so understanding once again ! and thanks to Lisa for stopping by to see what was wrong Now I want to remind every one how the scoring was totaled,
1-5 pts on creativity.....this includes but not limited to an introduction. video. slide shows. or simply just stating your name and the contest. so if you have no access to a web cam.. you were not affected by the scoring by not having a video, because as long as you announced the song, the contest name. then you were still alloted 5 pts.
1-5 on vocals. self explanatory
1-5 on sportsmanship. commenting your competitors.
1-5 participation in the thread. this includes just checking in, to see how things are going. or letting us know your involved.

You guy's were great a lot of improvedment on vocals, more participation in the thread, however some of you who had great vocals,still failed to comment or check in on the thread or just simply did not introduce your song. which lowered your scores, so some of you may be shocked to not find your name in the list that opens round 3. I would love to keep you all, unfortunately this is impossibleRules are the same, along with the judging,, so please be sure to stay active in the thread and comment, this takes away points if you do not participate.

This round I would like to see you sing from a list of Recent Country male artist. You can choose from the following.
1. Josh Turner
2. Big and Rich
3. Trace Adkins
4. Blake shelton

I may be unable to be on the thread due to my computer problems. I have asked Lisa to help out. She will keep me informed of everything. She and Helen will post banners for being heard. I hope to have my internet back up and running as soon as possible. Can't wait to hear what you fella's bring to the table this round.
Deadline will be 4days from today. which will make it monday at midnight, SS time.

Thanks for putting me through gals. I did listen to everyone last round but didnt announce the contest or song title on my cam. I guess I will have to do that this round. Also I have been workin' 3rd shift so not alot of time for participating in the thread talk but maybe can get a little more involved soon, as I am just a fill in for now and may be unemployed again next week!! LOL

Tina told me to stress this issue for ya'll... some were let go who had excellent vocals, however the way she is judging this contest is not based just on vocals. She has posted this throughout the contest. Some have missed it ... So come on guys.... you get 5 pts for creativity if you just simply announce your song.. and contest. we all have mics..... so lets get these pts up..lol

Note!!!!! I had nothing to do with the judging on round 2. I had removed myself as a judge. Helen and Tina had discussed scores before tina's internet messed up. However from this pt on I am back on as a judge until Mrs Tina gets her computer back up. I will be helping helen post banners letting you know your song has been heard.

I am curious as to how you put a video in the music box to begin with. I know how to put a background.. I just dont know how to put things inside the SS box.. the player.. I would love to know..

I have a free software called Manycam. It tricks the player into thinking it's a webcam. It has all kinds of cool things to go with it. But, I had to find the video to download. It wasn't as hard as last round. I had to create a slideshow with Powerpoint and then find software that converted the slideshow into a video! LOL!

Yeah she is not too happy about it..she kinda got a case of the Sing Snap withdrawals.. so we must all pray for her family.. you know she will be getting ill very soon.... lol jk she knows I love her. but I will pass the word along that you all miss her..

thanks I appreciate the comments.. I am having some sound issues though and its kept me from singing lately.. I can't seem to get it clear. its like crackling noises.. but I will keep working on it. so I can try to start singing again.. pipes are rusty....
