how to save ss recording onto computer?

i read somewhere that this CAN be done... but how? there have been a couple of recordings i really liked ive deleted by mistake. and i dont want to do that again!!
so how do i save them onto my pc? i use windows vista home premium

Oh sure it CAN be done but you are NOT suppose to. It is against SS Policy.
