Welcome to the Country Challenge contest. Please make sure that you read all the rules to this contest before you enter.
* Please no drama. Fighting or bickering. All parties involved will be disqualified. If a problem occurs, please pm fireflyd3 or myself (acoco); and we will take care of it. Please keep it off the board.
* No pre-records are allowed in this contest.
* If you miss a deadline, you will be disqualified no exceptions no deadline will be extended.
*fireflyd3 and myself will be the judges for this contest and the decision is final. So please remember that this contest is for fun.
-Rules-
* Girls must be given a girls song
*Guys must be given a guys song
*Please do not use gold member only songs as some are not gold and do not have access to those songs
*Please let your song that you choose be a reasonable song for them to sing.
**You will need to post your challengers name and the song that you have chosen for them here.
For Example:
ACoCo
I choose fireflyd3 Independence Day by Martina McBride.
(Please make sure you are challenging the one that was drawn for you not someone of your choice.)
You can pm that person as well to let them know the song that you have chosen for them if you'd like. We have a few new people to the contest world so this may help them out.

I have given maryann a chance to enter the contest.(She had stated that she wanted to do the contest after we had gotten our 48 and I told her that we had all we needed. Due to a mess up that we made.( I put 1musicmom to the list and she was added a second time) so we actually need one more so if she wants the spot, we are going to let her have it. Sorry for the boo boo.

Oh good!!! I was worried about being withdrawn on my first contest because I won't be able to sing until Monday. I am out of town but I am coming back in tonight but a little late.

Deadline for picking a song for your opponent will be Wed. Sept. 10th and deadline for your song will be Sat. Sept. 13th. Please be sure to post your opponents song on the message board before the deadline. If anyone does don't choose a song for their opponent before the deadline then their opponent will automatically advance to the next round.
If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. We are sorry for the confusion. Just a miscommunication between Acoco and Myslef.

You pick a song for your opponent and they pick a song for you. You are competing against each other. One of you will be eliminated and one will go to round 2 where you will be paired against someone else.
