Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Evidence of Promoting Riot?

Among the news that I'm catching up on this evening (am), I just came across this story and thought I'd share.

Seriously??? They confiscated his collection of Buffy The Vampire Slayer DVDs as evidence of promoting riots?? LMAO!

Apparently this self-proclaimed anarchist was Twittering information being broadcast on a public police frequency during the September G-20 summit to warn protesters of heavily armed police officials in the areas. The feds are using 18 U.S.C. §2101, the federal anti-rioting law, to support their case for arresting him.

I especially loved this little snippet:

"The connection between the federal and state investigation remains unclear, though the feds say they will turn evidence over to the state, if any is found."

If any evidence is found. What ever happened to having evidence prior to an arrest warrant being granted and executed?

I dunno on this one. He may be just what they think he is, but it appears to me that the feds over-stepped a bit here. I just cracked up...that Buffy thing.
