Hey everyone hope you are all doing well and enjoying your weekend ... I will get round to singing soon .. Aint been to well this week I have been told I have Campylobacter Enteritis and had constant diarrhoea for over a week .. If I dont get any better in the next 24 hours or so they may take me into hospital for IV fluids but I aint to happy of doing that .. Take Care everyone and catch you soon ... John

OK I did not land up in hospital .. However I was really quite under the weather for 24 hours .. They have put me onto an anti biotic and the prescription was for 2 x 250mg 4 times a day ... I got up yesterday and was vomiting and other things .. and really felt ill .. I phoned NHS 24 .. they went through my records and told me I was taking twice the dose I should be ... So since then I did not take any more Anit Biotics till today and I am feeling a lot better than yesteray but still not 100%.. But hey am back singing today LOL ...
