Sometimes people have to very briefly turn off their anti-virus or firewall in order for the upload to be sucessful, but if you do that.. be sure to turn it back on straight away afterwards so that you are getting your protection again.

UPLOAD PICTURE FOR PROFILE..

You click browse and search your pc and then click upload once you see the location of it on your pc in the white box
