YES IF YOU FILE JOINT IT WILL BE IN BOTH OF YOUR NAMES..JUST LIKE A TAX REFUND...HUN BY SEPTEMBER MINE WILL BE FORGOT ABOUT IT..GO TO THE BANK DEPOSIT IT THEN TURN RIGHT AROUND AND WITHDRAW IT..YOU WILL STILL HAVE AN EVEN BALANCE..LOL
