Can't cancel gold

I need to take a break for personal reasons and I wanted to cancel my membership. However I can't follow the directions in the FAQ for cancelling, because my $7 a month is showing as a payment to SingSnap, and not a subscription as it should be. I need an immediate resolution or my bank account will be charged on the 15th.

Where is it showing the payment, in History? You don't have the subscription option in your History tab?

Mandy will move stuff tomorrow, too tired to do it nowYes, you have to look in your history section in paypal...click on the link it gives you for your payment, and go from there

I did that. There is nothing listed under subscriptions, only payments. And since it doesn't know it's a recurring payment, there is no option to cancel it.

if it doesn't know it's a recuring payment it shouldn't be making any more payments, right?

Ok, I went to check and at first I thought the same thing BUT it will work ,its just a drawn out procedure .
1. On account overview you will see account history , there you will see payments sent ,click that
2. You will see then payments to sing snap click on details
3. At the top of the box you will see a reference number, click that.
4. On the page it takes you to, at the bottom it will give you several options ,one of which is to cancel.

I don't want to pay for songs removed all the time either. I'm still deciding on what to do, because I still like this site alot and have met some real nice people. I've got time before I get charged another $7, so still thinking about it. My budget is getting real tight with the rise of gas prices anyway, so been looking for ways to cut dollars everywhere. This will probably be one of them, so not all SS's fault.
