speaking of Drilling? did u see.....

THIS... we found this in our daily newspaper. It was open to the public for a short period of time. Shortly after, they created these waterfalls right next to it. It may be nothing but that is a heck of alot of drilling just for tourists to sightsee don't you think? This is the U.K. side of the telescope

Then the telectroscope disappeared on the NY side... so very odd

they are calling this am art project and it is not being paid by city taxes, it is funded by an Art fund.

Shortly after, the telectroscope disappeared they started running these test waterfalls. 4 in total around the city. One which is placed in the same location as the tunnel.

You would think these two projects would get a huge amount of publicity but most of my coworkers didn't even know about them. I'm not saying they are going to blow up NY, I'm just saying this is one of those things that makes you go HMMMMMMMMMMMMM......

that means if I stand in front of it I will see people in London and can even talk to them on a cell phone. It looked the same on both sides. chk out the video link up top.
