Prayer Request's

Well, I have been running a contest for a few weeks and threw running this contest there has been a lot of things to happen to a lot of the ppl in the contest or to ppl they love..

The fact is, we ALL need prayer's and support at times and this is one of the BEST communities I have ever had a chance to be a part of...

So, if there is something you need prayer's or support for please post it here so we can all help you along...

You obviously don't need to pour your heart out about what the problem's might be if you are not that type of person, just say..."Please pray for me or my family."

Heavenly Father knows our needs BEFORE we ask him.

Please if you do not belive in Prayer, do not be rude on this thread to or about the ppl that DO. We all have the freedom to say and feel what we want, but I just ask for FULL RESPECT on this thread.

When I look at a patch of dandelions, I see a bunch of weeds that are going to take over my yard.
My kids see flowers for Mom and blowing white fluff you can wish on.

When I look at an old drunk and he smiles at me, I see a smelly, dirty person who probably wants money and I look away.
My kids see someone smiling at them and they smile back.

When I hear music I love, I know I can't carry a tune and don't have much rhythm so I sit self-consciously and listen.
My kids feel the beat and move to it. They sing out the words. If they don't know them, they make up their own.

When I feel wind on my face, I brace myself against it. I feel it messing up my hair and pulling me back when I walk.
My kids close their eyes, spread their arms and fly with it, until they fall to the ground laughing.

When I pray, I say thee and thou and grant me this, give me that.
My kids say, "Hi God! Thanks for my toys and my friends. Please keep the bad dreams away tonight. Sorry, I don't want to go to Heaven yet. I would miss my Mommy and Daddy."

When I see a mud puddle I step around it. I see muddy shoes and dirty carpets.
My kids sit in it. They see dams to build, rivers to cross, and worms to play with.

I wonder if we are given kids to teach or to learn from? No wonder God loves the little children!
Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I know from my experience in life. God has always provided and blessed me in many ways and my family.

BASICALLY THIS SCRIPTURE SAYS, YOU CAN GIVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN LIFE TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS IT, BUT IF YOU GIVE IT WITHOUT LOVE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS YOU HAVE GIVEN NOTHING THEREFORE WILL RECIEVE NOTHING...

MARK 12, 42-44

42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
44 For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

here in about an hour I will be heading out to the doctors to discuss my surgery...yuck! At least it will help these head pains:( See you all when I get back:)

WELL, I JUST GOT I FROM THE DOCTOR, MY ORIGINAL ENT...HE HAS ALL THE RESULTS FROM MY CT SCAN AND SAID HE IS NOT DOINF SURGERY UNTIL HE EXHAUSTS ALL OTHER AVENUES...TO START, HE PUT ME ON STEROIDS AND A VERY STRONG HUGE HORSE PILL OF AN ANTIBIOTIC....HE IS ALSO SENDING ME FOR ALLERGY TESTING AGAIN SAID THE OTHER ONES ARE OUT OF DATE...THEY ARE ONLY 1 YR OLD...LOL ANYWAY, THANKS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT SAID A PRAYER FOR ME!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!
