Welcome to round 5!!
A lot of you channeled the soul of your artist successfully, but some strayed from their path and lost precious points for lack of proper stylising or irrelevant/no comments. From 42 we go to 24. Yes, 18 are soon to depart.
This round is called MUSICAL MANIA. You must sing a song from a musical, they are usually quite emotive. Your enunciation must be good and you must put good energy in to wow us. You need to keep your audience entertained at all cost. One flub? Could be over. Pick a good song to showcase your vocals, seriously.
Ok, so this is the crunch. 6 people leave each group. There are some shockers in here, but the scores ARE the justice here. Please stick with us to the end!

3. Extensions/alternative solution will be granted for good reasons only.
4. If you disagree with mine or a judges decision then please take it into PM and not shout off on the boards. Any unjust arguing may result in a disqualification.
5. Only songs which are in the SingSnap library are allowed.
6. Key changer will be allowed if you are a gold member.
7. Harmonies, echo, reverb etc ARE allowed.
8. Please don't post anything obscene/disturbing, as this is a child
friendly site

can i use a song from a musical that's not on the site, but the song is on the site, but the song is not in the style of musical, so i need to change the music from the song, thus making it version of the song not actually on the site, but it's from a musical, thus fitting this competition....?

Had to go! I'm not surprised. Two contests at once are just too much work and I had to sing the songs too quickly. I just couldn't study them enough.
Still I enjoyed my first contest ever! I really discovered a lot of new styles and hope the best one will win.
