THE ABC'S OF SINGSNAP .. ROUND 1 .. A B C D E

You are here to sing songs from the Alphabetical Rounds.

Here are the basic rules:
1. NO DRAMA, especially on the thread. If there is a problem, pm one of the judges and we'll deal with it privately.
2. Only fresh recordings will be allowed. Except for Auditions (PRERECORDS WELCOME 4 AUDITION)
3. Per Usual NO EFFETS WHATSOEVER, Its Better To Hear The Natural You!! All songs must come from singsnap Library.
4. Please try to listen to others as much as possible to support your fellow contestants!(SHOW RESPECT .. VISIT OTHER CONTESTANTS)
5. Rounds with larger numbers of people will last 3 days, unless of course, all contestants have submitted their songs before the deadline. The final rounds will last 3 days (AS THERES 4 SONGS FOR EACH OF THE FINAL 5)! We want to stay on schedule as much as possible.
6. PLEASE flag and check in on the contest threads every so often!! It's too time consuming to individually email everyone.
7. PLEASE CLAIM YOUR SONGS,
If your song is not submitted by the deadline you will be disqualified, unless the round has not been officially closed by one of the judges. :o)( NO EXCEPTIONS)
8. There Will Be Bonuses Thrown In Some Rounds.. WATCH FOR THEM

The eliminations will go as follows:

Round 1: Start with 50, 15 will be cut
Round 2: Start with 35, 10 will be cut
Round 3: Start with 25, 5 will be cut
Round 4: Start with 20, 5 will be cut
Round 5: Start with 15, 5 will be cut
Semi-Finals: Start with 10, 5 will be cut
Finals: Remaining 5 will compete for the place of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Winners!

Round 2 - LETTERS - F G H I J
Round 3 - LETTERS - K L M N O (GENDER BENDER)
Round 4 - LETTERS - P Q R S T
Round 5 - LETTERS - U V W X Y Z (HARMONIZE YOURSELF)
Round 6 - LETTERS - ALL VOWELS - A E I O U
Round 7 - Finals Up to you! Any Song, ALSO A SONG THE JUDGES PICK 4 YOU TO SING (sO 4 sONGS IN ALL)

EACH ROUND PICK A SONG FROM ANY GENRE WITHIN THE LETTERS FOR THAT ROUND
EXAMPLE - A -Asia B - Boston C- Cinderella D- Dire Straits E - Eagles
THE LETTER MUST BE THE ARTIST NAME EXAMPLES ABOVE!!

Scoring will be as follows:
Total of 60 points…
10 points – Song Choice
10 points – Originality
10 points – Clarity Of Recorings & Voice
20 Points - Overall Vocals (Pitch,Clarity,Range)
10 Points - Difficulity of Song Choice
