I am only about an hour from Tulsa and would love to be there ...yes thats a commitment lol. I obviously wouldn't need a place to stay since I'm only an hour away and have family I can stay with in Broken Arrow. :)

Hello Fatcat and all....

I am not one to check out the community board often and just happen to stumble upon this thread.

I think this is a great Idea....I am in N.W. Arkansas now and moved here from Enid, Oklahoma. I would love to do it if I have enough notice to plan the trip.

Someone may have mentioned this already and I may have missed it.........I think more people would be interested in doing this if they only knew about it.........I have a few friends I will send this thread to that live in these areas.

Maybe put this up on the challenge board also as a planning challenge to where more people will see it and do a weekly song challenge for it as to what may be sung by SingSnappers at the event.......just another thought.

I will keep an eye on this thread..................Deb...:-)

I live in Arkansas..THANKS Rainnara for sending me this link. I just returned from New Mexico, I saw (hours) of OK passing thru and am about 6 hrs from OK City, not sure how far from Tulsa but I am definitely interested!!!!

I have a few friends from around the area.....GEOHUM06 and his kids, their over 18. moonchaser and her sisters, these are members of Sing Snap. I think you need to PM everyone who was interested and get us all on the same page and time of the event.

We are also having a SingSnappers in Nashville, Tn. for anyone interested, it will be Friday night, April 10th at the Texas Trubador Theater at 2416 Music Valley Dr. Tickets are $20 per singles or $30 per couples ( or two people). Make your checks payable to Aschliman Jesus-N-Me. Send checks to Aschliman Jesus-N-Me, 368 Cedarmont Dr., Nashville, Tn. 37211. She will mail you your tickets. The Theater seats 500 people, so get your tickets asap. The food will be catered, there will be two bands and we will also have Kareoke. No alcohol beverages will be allowed. So for anyone interested, come on to Nashville and we will have our own private show of snappers. And plan to have fun meeting all yoru snapper friends.

Everyone that is interested in a Singsnap Get-Together Karaoke Party....I have to give a 4 week notice to "Pam the Owner of Harvard's Sports Bar" for the 18th of JULY......I need to know how many by JUNE 20th.... .So here it is......There will be a Karaoke DJ to do our music on Saturday nite....July 18th(will get back with a starting time, probably early like 5or 6)....give me some feed back on the Time......the DJ will cost us ....so everone that is coming will need to send me $20, if there is money left over , we will have some snacks...AND if this doesn't PAN OUT...I will have your addresses and mail your money back....my address: Shirley Rust P. Well, guys I am in Roland Oklahoma, right outside Fort Smith Arkansas. I would be willing to schedule and plan an event in Fort Smith. Just tell me who could and would join in on the fun.
My friend would let us use his bar ROOSTERS and we could have a Friday and Saturday Night.
I was hoping we could do this Early August.

I have thousands of songs to choose from in my personal collection, and my buddies have an awesome sound system.
