Can anyone tell me how long it takes for support to answer messages? I have sent via site and email regarding my account going blue when I still have 4 months gold membership paid for! Some of my recordings have been moved to the recycle bin by support, which I cant restore as being a gold member my library will only hold 100! I cant get a reply from anybody regarding this matter and would really like some help!! Thanx

We check it and reply pretty much around the clock. Sometimes it takes a little longer on the weekends though.
I see you are Gold now so I assume it got sorted out :)
