Scary wrote:Um how do you take a screen shot??..I'm on Firefox too.
The screen shot utility is probably part of your OS software. I am not familiar with Windows, so perhaps some windows users can help you there. I have a Mac and on a Mac the key combination Shift + Command + 4 changes your cursor into a target which you then use to draw around whatever part of the screen you want to capture.
There are also utilities, probably some for free that allow you to take screen shots. Search the web for "screen capture." Check versiontracker.com

Once you have captured the image, you can upload it to any number of filesharing websites, such as photobucket.com. Once uploaded to such a site, the site will give you the code to paste it here.
I tried the program Bruce posted. It's fun actually. I also tried DL'ing the result, but it didn't take. Perhaps it went directly to the Guggenheim instead ?

LOL! Had to look that up. Yah mine's lost in space too.

Thanks Jelly!
Folks, you cannot download the image from the site. You have to take a screenshot. Thanks to Jelly for explaining how to do that for Windows. If you read up above you'll see where I explained how to do it on a Mac.
LaNell 's been testing stereo...& it's coming along nicely, ya'll. :))
LOL I couldn't figure out how to get it to quit & I just kept going & going! Mine is very busy, to say the least! I also got the "whole" screen image. Oh well...it was fun! Thanks, Bruce!

LOL...same here I didn't know how to quit too!
I don't think it can quit. You just need to move the cursor to the side and take your hand off the mouse. Then take the screen shot. It's a challenge for sure. But I am enjoying everyone's pictures. Now I am going to check out Janet's Picasso thingy.
Well, that didn't take too long. Move over Picasso...
Oh good grief man you're wasted here!!!! LOL that's superb, I took forever pondering over the colour, the lipstick the eyeshadow, hairdo, size, which side?

So, there's a cool website where you can draw your own Jackson Pollack like painting.
Here’s one that I drew. Was lots of work. Took me at least 20 seconds.
Looking forward to your artwork.

Reply by Steven_Kaplan on June 29, 2008 at 4:31 PM
I prefer doing portraits and stuff
(_l_)
depending on my mood, I might use different hues, color tones, etc too :)
I am horrible at art. Bought paintbrushes, paints, spent decent money on the stuff too. Figured that's all you need to do to be an artist :(
Some folks have the knack though. I love superrealism, mysticism, surrealism, and landscape..

Sad thing is, an artist can do this stuff add their signature (in a few minutes) and sell this stuff for big $$$$$$$$
If one of us does this, and replicates it, we'll get sued by the owner of the software program...LOL
