Novella yells "happy birthday brandy!!!!"Those of you who know me, know I have this thing with rainbows!
I think they're beautiful !!!!
So I invite you to share as many cool photos/pics/stories about rainbows as you possibly can !!!
I need some rainbows in a big way!!!
And for those of you who don't know how to post photos! Just find a photo, get it's URL and put [img ] URL [/img] on either side! (No spaces)

What you should see here is a primary and secondary rainbow with a very noticable alexander dark band between created due to the refraction of light to the rainbows, causing less light to be shown in the band between.

I have no idea...I was looking for some sort of beautiful rainbow for you..and found this..I also am wondering if it is an actual picture with actual effects...hmmmm...that is now a mystery...

ty...the rainbows are so beautiful here...I think the best are the ones the actual people photograph..to me that is beyond amazing to be able to catch the rainbow in a lense....wowowow

That is more likely to be photoshop. Due to the size of water particles at breaks or at waterfalls it is possible to get rainbows at these sites. I would suggest that what you are seeing in the post from MmeOdileS is a daytime borealis, similar in nature to a rainbow but instead of the sunlight coming from behind the observer the sunlight is infront of the observer i suggest this is either photoshop or filters on the camera due to the intensity of colour in the image, daytime borealis are typicallymuch paler than rainbows. Or it could just be someone creating a pretty picture.
