Alrighty!! Let's pump things up a bit, shall we? :) I want to hear you sing til your lungs give out (like we don't already, right??).
So ... let's audition.
I want fresh auditions here. No pre-records. You can sing any song you want but it must be dated and time stamped AFTER 3/23 10:30 PM EST.
I will accept auditions through Thursday, March 27 at 11:59 EST or the first 50 people - whichever we reach first. There will be several rounds, each with a different and separate theme. There will be NO duets as I don't want to have to judge a solo performer on the basis of their ability to sing with another. However, there will be some serious challenges ahead so be prepared!!
There will be NO Drama.
There will be ONE SOLE judge .... me.
You will be based on talent, clarity, the ability to combine your voice with the music and have the levels even (one should not overpower the other). You will also be judged on your ability to follow the theme as well as the words of the song. If the words are not correct, please feel free to sing the correct ones.
And there will be prizes!! Yes there will.
The Grand Prize: $25 iTunes gift card
Second Place: $10 iTunes gift card
Third Place: $5 iTunes gift card
Each winner will also receive a personalized "winner's certificate" banner to place on their website, profile and/or MySpace page.

Just FYI .... if your song is time stamped BEFORE the required 10:30 pm stamp, I will ask you to re-record so please be sure that your audition song is stamped appropriately.
