The top songs page should be updated at least once a week so if a song was sung lots of times in that week, you will see that it is now posted on page 1 of the top songs instead of page 2. I think it would be awesome to see your favorite songs climb higher on the list each week.
meaning a "this week's most recorded" page in addition to the "all-time most recorded" page.... to see what ppl are currently singin the most... i think that's a great idea....
to add, something like this should run friday to thursday... that will give the new gold releases a better chance of making the top weekly list, and hopefully push subscriptions....
Also by doing this, you will be able to see the kind of new songs people may want. For example, if one of the new songs is a Conway Twitty song and it is the most recorded song for that week, you will know that people may want more Conway Twitty songs added.

This idea would add more excitement and may get more people singing songs so they can see their favorite songs as one of the top songs.

Also, if there are enough recordings in the week, be sure to make note of it in the all-time most recorded page.

I would just love to check back on the top page often and see my favorite songs become closer to the top.
