I tried to start listening to songs again this morning - but no audio or video is coming thru - just the rating & comments boxes. I'll try later.

Tis a service outage with Amazon apparently... They're still trying too fix it at Amazon's end... Until then, no pics, no singing or listening!!! Bummer maaan!!!!

Hi All, I have to run. I will post the new challenge as soon as I return, but it will most likely be a little late. Hopefully everything will be restored by then. If not, it will be a very mute challenge.

This downtime has been awful - I've actually had to do all the things I've been procrastinating about !!!!!!

It appears our media storage network is suffering an outage at the moment. Amazon (who runs the media network) is investigating the problem now.

Note that this problem is affecting more than just us. As far as I can tell, all of the Amazon S3 network is down at the moment.

why dont you just let this challenge run till tomorrow. since its appararent people arent going to drop songs off for a while till the problem is fixed and to be fair to 1000kiss

Update 6 - 6:00pm: Here's Amazon's last update, "2:36 PM PDT We have restored all internal communication across Amazon S3 hosts. We have started the multi-step process to begin accepting requests across Amazon S3 locations."

Should be back up fairly soon, if I'm interpreting it correctly.
