deedlerock 105 here today! argh! where's the margarita machine?

Lol. What I mean is...I like how some folks here have created mini-versions of their song players on their profile pages here. I've managed to do it, but can't get it to show without a white box around it on MySpace using the exact same code. Hmph. Can anyone help? Sorry if this isn't the right area...wasn't sure.

it all kinda depends on your background hun. I used to have a black background on my page and I couldn't get the white box to go way either. I even tried rewriting the embed code ( sorry snap .. waits for a ban lol ) but it still wouldn't go away.

I know some ppl had some success by putting their background fixed and their boxes scrolled. sometimes, depending on the codes, that will make it go away.

Other than that... don't really know what to tell ya :-s hope it helps!

I dont see any white area's deedle ? looks great to me i love using the mini version players too

Yes it's the pesky little ones at the MySpace page that I want gone....darn it all. They aren't worth shrinking if they still take up lots of space.

Connie's suggestion will work, but you should remember when shrinking/expanding the height and width parameters in the embed code to maintain the original aspect ratio of the original code to eliminate as much of that "whitespace" as possible leaving only the very corners of the embedded player's whitespace visible.

Here's a list of webcolors as well for help matching things up.

Thanks so much Connie and agamoto. I'll try it today!! I THINK I was keeping the original aspect ratio by shrinking things by half etc....for example: 358 and 257 were changed to 179 and 128.5.

I sure hope I can figure out how to write the code on some other stuff...lol. Senior member ya know. :o)

LOL well that thar was a foreign language to me, but that's okay. They're up and running and they look great!
