Hi there, I just wanted to let you all know that we have decided to switch our support from being based on emails to using the site itself and the private messaging system.
We've done this because we have heard people saying that they emailed us and never got a response and it's been frustrating for us knowing that we've done everything we can to help out but some emails were just not getting through or got stuck in junk/spam folders etc.
Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the site to get in touch with us or just send a PM to "SingSnapSupport" from the "Compose" page.
Thanks!
(note: support@singsnap.com still works and can of course be used if you can't access the site at all and need to communicate through email)

i think that this is a great idea but an even better idea would to let people know how to hear yourself sing on here i can hear myself but not the music i have tried everything i can think of and even went onto the forum i could cry
