It's Round 7!!
Last round you all had to make songs your own. You did, and this was TOUGH to judge. It must have been tough for you to sing too.
This round is called VOCAL SHOWCASE. It's sort of self explanatory, but you have to pick a song that fits your vocals (or the other way round, maybe?) to a "T". Showcase those vocals (free song choice), wow us judges, don't go for safe song choices, make our mouths go open and surprise us. Maybe take a risk with a side of you we've not heard much of yet. Think about it, because the competition is very hot and they will show no quarter!
After this, there is the semi finals and finals left to come! This will be very exciting to see who can make it!
So, this is where we say goodbye to some people... I'm sorry to see anyone go at this stage! It's really tough. And again we have 2 cuts each group but this was due to circumstances rather than planning. Lol.

3. Extensions/alternative solution will be granted for good reasons only.

5. Only songs which are in the SingSnap library are allowed.
6. Key changer will be allowed if you are a gold member.
7. Harmonies, echo, reverb etc ARE allowed.
8. Please don't post anything obscene/disturbing, as this is a child
friendly site

The cuts are close, it's always close at the bottom, there were 3 people only 0.5 away from being in the danger zone. I have had really very few ties this series which is funny since I had loads last series.

Well I have some ideas :) The format of the next contest I host may be different. I'm not sure if I could call it Snap Factor 3. But my name thinking abilities really suck (I mean come on I stole half this name from a UK tv show :P)
