Hey everyone! First off, thanks for checking this out!! It's my first contest, so i'm pretty excited about it. I am hoping this will be the first of many!

So - here are some things you should keep in mind for the contest:

1. Judges for this contest will be myself and supermom2288. I'm thrilled to have her helping me out, she has MAJOR talent, and I know she'll do a great job!

2. I dont want to see ANY negative or mean comments on other recordings. It would be great if you all commented on each others singing, but if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. This is for FUN...!!

3. No duets for this one. Pre-records will be allowed according to info given for specific rounds.

4. Each round will last one week, no exceptions. It wouldn't be fair to others who had their songs in on time. There will be a different theme each week, so keep watching!

5. Everyone will be marked out of 15 points. There will be 5 points for the quality of voice (pitch, words, clearness, etc.), 5 for the originality of the song (how much you've made it your own), and 5 for the overall performance. I will not be posting marks on the boards, but if you would like to know your mark, you can pm me.

6. No drama. If there is anything you have a problem with, send me a pm, and we can deal with it privately.

7. ALSO.. if there are a lot of people entering, I will not be able to PM everyone to let them know a new round is up.. so PLEASE, flag this topic, and keep watching and checking up.

8. And the last, and perhaps best thing on the list.. EVERYONE who joins in the audition round automatically goes to round 1! When round 1 is posted, I will let you know more about the elimination process. I can't really pinpoint any of that until I know how many people have entered the contest.

For the audition round, I want you to enter the song that you feel is your best ever! It can be fresh, or a pre-record. I just want to hear the best from all of you, and see what kind of talent i'm working with!

Auditions end sunday, July 20th, 12:00 midnight singsnap time.
