I'm a Blue Member but would love to have a Gold Membership the only problem is my husband works for a company that makes auto parts and he received a big pay cut around Christmas time last year so it's not an option for me. I am a stay-at-home mom and this is something I do for "me" time. I received a month of Gold Membership in July but I wasn't able to use it because I had pneumonia and I had lost my voice for 2 1/2 weeks. I really want to sing the gold songs!!!!!!!!!!!

I come to this thread and read why people want to be Gold... I love to give people a taste of Gold if they never had it or someone that may be going through bad times..

But the one thing I just noticed while looking at this thread..

I can't for the life of me understand how anyone can get on this thread ask to be helpled to be Gold and then start posting nonsense about blocking people.. And even showing the date they did it .

Not a good way to have someone sponsor you.

The person who started this thread did it for people who really are having a difficult time of thing. Don't abuse the thread.. It is in bad taste IMO

I don't know who sponsored me - but if you are watching this thread, thank you so very, very much - and please pm me if you don't mind not being anonymous.... this site has been such a wonderful blessing to me - and has really helped me keep my mom's (who died a year ago this month) memory in my heart - as she always encouraged us to sing and it meant so much to her to hear us....every time I sing I think of her and at this time of the year - so close to the anniversary of her passing - it is almost like it is a gift from her.....Thank you!!!!

Hooray for me, I got a job. I start training middle of next month. Still would like a sponsor, even if only for til then, but if not, no biggie, as it looks like I found a raft to float on for awhile.

BooHoo I went back blue Gold was awesome while it lasted The one month sponsored went by the fastest! Its over now and I am back at blue Oh i wish I had the money and Ill tell you what I'd do, I'd sing and sing and sing some more. I would not run out of songs Im sure. As you know I am a single mom to three . They are the apple of my eye and good as can be.
