In this Round, I ,handmaiden777 ,will pick one Female Pop Song for the girls to sing here and one male Pop Song for the boys to sing.
So, all girls will sing the same song.
All Boys will Sing the Same Song.
This is designed to be more challenging. All of you are so talented, it is difficult to make a POP song sound country.

Here's the rest of the Rounds and they lay out to keep in mind:
Round 3: Judges choice
Freespirit_TX and sapphire, the 10 contestants left, 5 apiece and assign them a pop song to sing.
-6 will be eliminated
Round 4: The Final Four!!!!!!
You pick your pop song to make country.
- two will be eliminated.
Round 5: The Final Two!
1. I pick one song for you to sing.
2. I Freespirit_TX will pick a second song for you to sing.
3. sapphire will pick a third for you to sing.
Three songs apiece for the two left standing...
But, here's the twist!
We Judges don't judge the last round!
The other 18 contestants do!

I won't place the gender bender on our main Judging list, to not confuse the listener for the real song to be judged. We can view this page and click on the other "fun" songs!

This is a song I never listened to very much because of Disney's exploitation of Native American Concepts and Culture in its animated film Pocahontas . I do not support songs , films , or anything that capitalizes upon the heart wrenching history of Native People .

I just watched the video of Colors of the Wind from the Disney Movie on YouTube and to me it does more to promote equality and understanding between all peoples than any song I have ever heard. A masterful tribute to the idea of harmony between people. Apparantly beauty is in the ear as well as the eye, of the beholder.

Thank you I would NOT want to be unfair to anyone else especially since you have apparently " heard " the sentiments of the others of non native desent and their words have much more weight than mine .
It was a pleasure meeting you and yes thank you I am withdrawing .
We Apache have long standing beliefs and principals and we did not bend to public appeal , thus we suffered far more than any other Native Nation and continue to do so today on the reservations in arizona and san carlos new mexico . Perhaps when you have a moment might I suggest you listen to the ballad of ira hayes , the native american marine hero who hoisted the american flag on Iwo Jima .

I dont know who the others of "non-native" descent are.
For the record I am of Poarch Band of Creek Indian descent, as most anyone from southwest Alabama can claim some at least distant relations, and the Casinos are booming. lol. Life is what we make it. When you have a moment, come bring us your money.

Since Amber_Rae was the very next high scorer in round 1 , I made an executive decision to bring her in this round to participate, I guess you could say she got the "WILDCARD". (Football Tournament term)
We do need an even 15 for this round is why I bring Amber in...Welcome Amber...
And bearfox, I looked Taylor is on the list, probably just a glitch for the song Link, yes do search for Artist guys, sorry there's a singsnap glitch...
