me LOL..temps have dropped ere in Scotland.Nae sun but its kinda clammy & sticky ya know? We need thunder lightning to clear the air & met office says heavy rain is on way....so how about apart fae yer meltin how is Leicester ? :)
It's cooled down a lot today..we had a good amount of rainfall last night, and it's teetering on raining again, which is typical because I'm doing the washing today and really don't want to put the tumble dryer on, but I might have to if it starts showering!
Not cold in the least though...just pleasantly cool with a bit of a breeze :)
Anyway, the kids' six weeks holiday starts soon...it's bound to rain constantly from then on in!!
the rain has been here in Belfast past few days but the humidity has been so bloody high.....hate that hot n sticky feeling....wrecks havoc with my hair lol
I know this front is heading over to UK mainland and we here are expecting sunshine again........... :-))
I have a portable air conditioner but I have to be careful.....two years ago when I bought it I literally sat in front of it non stop and developed dry pleurosy....the doctors warned me not in sit near air conditioners as they build up n collect bacteria which is then airborne....yikes
What a strange nation we must appear to be....we moan at the cold, damp shitty weather n then we moan when the heat arrives......... perhaps it's time to check out the nearest nudist camps....let it all hang out and cool off

we got the rain this mornin maria,lol....its muggy and humid/damp.lol......had ants in me kitchen on floor,,lol..me sister said they just come in too get away from the rain for a bit,lol...hope so and clear off again,lol...my pc is slightly hot as well,,need to get a fan on it,lol.if anyone gets a beep off there pc and it shuts down..odds are its overheatin like the weather...playing games will heat it up more as well..
i was close to finishing a door for one of the outbuildings and the rain started.... and has hung around.... but that's typical down here.... i could do with some dry weather to work on the bikes too....
but ireland will be ireland.... i don't mind the constant rain.... course, if i cleared out the garage i'd have enough room to work on the bikes in there :/
i don't really mind the rain, i don't really mind the heat (except that there's no insulation in the roof, so it gets really warm up here.... add a computer to that and the place is really warm....)

you know it's a hot day when you don't need to pee for more than 12 hours....
i have a feeling that someone will feel the need to comment about not knowing anyone who can pee for 12 hours, so perhaps i should clarify....
but then again... let the humour commence....
