I am Unable to acess recordings or message a singsnap member

If there is anyone out there who can offer assistance or advice there is a singsnap member called mikki88 she regularly comes and comments on my songs but for the past two weeks I have been unable to access any of the features on her profile page I cannot contact her at all to let her know about the problem.

I think the glitter graphics on her profile page are causing the difficulty. I would like to let her know because I think she probably thinks all of SS is ignoring her and not returning visits. If you are a friend and know her email address please can you contact her and let her know ;0)

Or if you are SS support staff can you please contact her and tell her of the problem! Many thanks Jackie ;0)
