Extention to status message

Hi there, I think that basically it's a good thing that the status messages go *poof* after 24 hours (I keep forgetting to change them...lol), but I think it would be nice to be able to make an exception.

E.g. when I go on holiday or know I'll be offline for a while I can edit my profile page or record a song, but it would be nicer to use the status message for that purposes. It turns up in various places and therefore is more visible.

Therefore I suggest having a checkbock under the status message field that can be activated and will make the status last for X days.

I guess it still would be sensible to add a maximum, like e.g. 30 days.
Anything that should stay longer is better written down on the profile page.

What do you think?

I like the new status message; however, I wish it wouldn't begin with my name, so I can create more diverse messages. And there are no capital letters. :)

Also, I wish it would remain the same 'til I decide to change it myself.

I'm in full agreement.

1. Keep it until you choose to change it.
2. Don't start with name (your name is right above it anyway)
3. Add capital letters (some words require them)
4. More characters would be nice too.
