remember that show with Tony Danza? it was kinda cool.

but seriously, whos the boss? of your family?
who makes the FINAL decision? (usually)

in my home its my wife mostly,i dont want to argue over petty stuff, but, when a big decision is made without me,im mad and disappointed I wasnt asked for my opinion.

Who wears the pants in your life? you or them?(your personal close family/friend)

and Im a big 50% beleiver! I hate when people are the "one" in charge!

Normally my wife handles the day to day decisions of running the house. All big decisions are talked about and decided together. I seldom see a 50-50 split though, usually 60-40 one way or the other.

yeah,i always hope for a 50/50 but thats not always how it goes.It usually works out but the last big decision was made without me and it cost us alot of money, but whats done is done.

FIFTY_FIFTY,maybe that be my new name? lol

I think 60-40 is a better split. No one should be in charge all of the time, but should be an equal share of the time. Does that make sense?

In our life here on the farm, it's like this; I run the house, and ask him for (or he volunteers) adivice or whatever if and when needed.

He runs the farming end of things and asks for (ditto above).....

But all major decisions are discussed 50/50.

In all reality, that's the way it should be. 50/50 works for me(us).

It's just a busy, hectic time of year Pat. Sounds pretty nice for CT. We have 72 and sunny here in AZ. Gets just a teeny bit nippy of a morning, but this is what I love about this state. The winters are so sweet compared to what I grew up in back east.

Well, I hate to admit it, but my husband rules the roost... But I rule the Rooster!!! LMAO

Seriously, I sometimes feel like all the decision-making is left to me, whether it's what's for dinner or if we are going to buy a new vehicle... unfortunately, the latter decisions aren't something that are an option often enough for them to count, period.

We will discuss things, but ultimately, I sometimes feel that everything's left up to me. Believe it or not, I don't like that.

And... Hey ya'll!!!!! ** waving **

Pros and Cons in everything, 'vella... LOL

I personally get tired of having to make every decision. I told G that if I wanted to make all the decisions, and take care of everything on my own, then what was the point in not being "on my own"... ya know???

Did you quit smoking, Dave??

and hey, watch it with the age thing, will ya? I'm sensitive to the truth right now! omg. I'm going to be 45 this month.... then I start thinking "oh great ...that's only 5 years away from the big FIVE OH" and my brain runs away with it's own thoughts from there, no control.
