A Zombie? Sounds yummy!
1/2 oz BacardiĀ® 151 rum 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice 1/2 oz apricot brandy 1 tsp sugar 2 oz light rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz lime juice Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
2 c. water 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. instant coffee 1 fifth vodka 1 vanilla bean
Slowly simmer the water and sugar for 20 minutes. Add coffee and cool completely. Add the vodka and vanilla bean. Pour into a dark container and let stand for 3 to 5 weeks before using.

Well....I can drink plenty of Kahlua...strange. I've heard other folks say it too....that they just can't get too much. Same for me with any milk/cream based drink it seems. My sister and I were once in a motel and rather than use the 6 oz cups provided for gargling in the bathroom, we used their ice buckets, which were cylindrical instead of square. Now THAT was a Kahlua and cream!! Woohoo!! LOL! Felt that one a bit! ;oP.
Amaretto is a favorite of mine....never had it with OJ...seems odd to combine almond with OJ but will surely give it a chance as they are two of my favorite liquids.

No milk-based and no milk???? LOVE em both. I drink me my milk daily....skim of course. AND I drink my Kahlua with skim milk too. A huge tumblerful. :oD

When I used to drink beer it was Miller Light (not Lite) in the tall bottle. I like to see what's at the bottom. And has to be icy cold....during summer on a hot hot day. I used to be a lumber jill and after a day of winching and dragging and tossing and cutting and loading...icy cold Miller Light at the Pink Elephant was the best reward.

I'd like that much better if it wasn't blue...yech. I just don't get the blue/green drink thang. Looks like Score mouthwash. But the flavors sound great...sorta like a Pina Colada then...coconut and pineapple.

I learned to drink wine sitting naked on the rocks in the hot springs passing jugs of Boone's or Tyrolia back in the 70's...almost like koolaid. Not the stuffy stuff that tastes like vinegar....which I now ALSO love, but had to LEARN to love...lol!

I make an ice cream drink with it. Half a cup of cold coffee, a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream...blend in food processor....add in some hot fudge while it's blending....but don't blend all the fudge in completely. Just before you stop the processor, pour in a shot of the cognac. Pour into a big coffee mug, and top with whipped topping. (drool)

Well....yes and no. I was up in Paradise visiting sisters and we were evacuated for several days..lol. Homeless that is. Then came back home to Clear Lake area and there are fires all over the place. We barely got home as they ended up closing the roads just behind us. The air is so thick with smoke we can't see the lake which is just a few hundred ft away. We are on advisory to stay indoors...that's been since Sunday evening...sigh. Fed up with it. It's got me coughing and my eyes are a mess, but we're safe. My main concern has been my doggies...especially my little chihuahua Rosebud who was with me during the evacuation drama. She's only 5 pounds. Thanks for asking!

i have got a bottle of zin in my fridge (1 bottle but the size of 2) its been calling my name but my darn stomach has been hurting. mudslides are the best--you cant even taste the alcohol

Love Bloody Mary's. I have one whenever I fly....in a jet...lol. I do the spicy V8 at home on lots of ice with plenty of black pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire and Tapatio hot sauce...yum yum!
I am so scared of fire. I can not imagine what it must be like for all of you living with this nightmare all the time. I pray it gets under control soon!
