Hey everyone just thought I'd share a " what's up " and I hope you do the same here!!! I hope this thread does not get moved to the freakin cooking category lol

anywho I've been busy... mainly trying to get into shape ... Swimming ,biking,walking soon to be a gym ratt also

This week/weekend I'm going to a quiet lake to do some fishing/boating

I miss everyone and just thought I'd share what's going on! please share =) what's up ??? what ya gonna do this week / weekend????

I'm going to Lakeshore Park, on the lake. lol they set off the fireworks over the lake.

lake side fishing is for wussies, the best place is huffing the walk out to the end of the breakwall to fish. where the lighthouse is.. I always fall asleep out there, then u wake up to daylight with the seagulls going,, mine! mine!

Things have been really hectic here but the holiday started on monday so I should be able to find more spare time (or should that be snap time?)

I just got back ... we didn't catch much but the get away was well worth it... out on an empty lake under the stars listening to country music in a boat tied off to a bridge =) catching a fish is nice but just getting away is just as gr8! I did catch a 1 lb. channel lol then i took a nap. The next day we ( my uncle and I took turns rowing the boat... we found a good camping spot ,spent some time in the sun... I brought my fold up chair into the water and sat neck deep with my cowboy hat and sunglasses on relaxing as dragonflies did the same on my hat and chair =P anywho

how was everyones fourth? weekend???

I wish I would have shot some pics of this lake... lake sardis in oklahoma. The view was amazing out on the boat

Hey Chris. It's good to see you again.
I haven't been on in a few days because I threw out my lower back. I was coming back up after putting down my son and all of the sudden everything just locked in between my hips. I couldn't even stand up the pain was so excruciating.
I am getting some of my mobility back today so hopefully it won't be too much longer till I gain full control.
The E.R. said that I sprained a lumbar and pinched my sciatic nerve. *ouch*
Thanks to this injury, my fourth of July was crap and what topped it off was the burn ban they put on us here. What an Independence day! :(

anywho, I am glad to see that you are doing well. Take care of yourself buddy. :) *hugs*
