I have Realtek AC97 audio on this laptop and it has effects but the effects are not recorded... it is audio output effects... alot of cool ones but when i record them they do not show up... any suggestions on how to get the recording I hear?

Thanks but the stereo mix is on...
I have a list of effects in my control panel section but they don't record ....
Should I download something for effects?

RELDRECK DOES NOT RECORD EFFECTS THAY ARE THARE FOR YOU TO INHANCE YOUR SOUND AS YOU LISTEN WITH SINGSNAP MY GATEWAY HAS YOUR CARD AND DOES THE SAME THING WITH THE SINGSNAP PROGRAM THE GEAR GUY.

I tried to record it with Nero Wav Editor and i could but there are so many different options I cannot get the recording to sound as i hear it.... But I am fiddling with it... Then I record that onto singsnap using no music and it does record the effects but there is a muffle to it... :-(
Any suggestions on downloading a prog that adds mic effects for free??? I found a "bland" prog that is not free but I don't even like the effects...

if you have an audio recorder on comp you can get the effects..i have a mp3 recorder and use that... to get my realtech effects if i want you can also slow down or speed up your voice..
