Hello & welcome to round # 11 of our contest! That was a super round!! We are losing one singer Kimshai because of No Entry DQ… We pray she is well and will miss her wonderful voice! That leaves 32 of you going on, best of luck to you in the final 5 regular rounds & the Final Round Extravaganza to follow and determine our Champions!

This looks to be an interesting round and a Hard round for some numbers, clovers may be the way many go this round?

Don’t forget, that TRIVIA goes up on Wednesday night and with how tight the race is I know the .15 here and there will make a difference in the finals!
By the way, it amazes me how most rounds so many of you migrate towards the same number LOL

OK…. Keep in mind that your scores for rounds 11 thru the final round 16 will be added together along with any trivia points & Round #9 already in the books to give us our winner.

Here are the rules for “Teddypossum’s Triple Threat”

You will be singing ONE song from the list of artists which corresponded with the number you chose during the last round. SEVEN of those numbers will have THREE artists to choose from, but the other TWO groups will have either EIGHTEEN or TWENTY-SEVEN artists to choose from. This will not be the case in the final round!
If you did not get the BIGGER number of artist to choose from this round, maybe next round you will. Go listen to a lot of the songs by the artists you are being assigned as sometimes, you do not recognize a song by its name but when you hear it, it rings a bell with you ;o)
You will need to post along with your “Song name” ~ Artist & link, a number 1 to 9 for the next round. Here is an example:

This number picking for the next round needs to be done with each rounds submission. Until the round I change things at the end…

The 1-9 number you choose will correspond with a group of three artists usually but not always a Singing Group, a Female Singer and a Male Singer. Once you Find out what your Triple Threat mission is, you can go check out all of their Sing Snap material available & find the song you think can knock our socks off & give you life into another round!
Each round you MUST post a number between 1-9 along with your entry. If you fail to post the number you want & you make it to the next round, you will be assigned a number of OUR CHOICE!!! This usually involves the least chosen groups that round

You may duplicate a song submitted by another singer if you wish. You may use your pitch changer & Videos and Harmonies are always welcome! Pre-records are also allowed for all rounds, if you happen to have them. Contact us before rounds end if you have some sort of trouble getting your song in, we may be able to work with you!
Each round, the songs will need to be in on Friday Nights by 9 PM Sing Snap time and we will have the new thread up by Saturday nights at 6 PM. :o)

An artist may appear more than once in the contest, but expect to learn new songs. The reason this contest is called “Triple Threat” is because you get at least 3 artists each round to choose from, but one of the 1-9 numbers each round will have 6x3 artists available and one other one will have 9x3 for you to choose from! These will change each round. Sometimes you may have three well known artists with hundreds of songs and the next round, each of your artists may only have one song each!

Judging will be done by myself & my wife Pocketcage as well as a couple of secret judges we have in the wings when needed.

From here on you want to sing your little hearts out because the competition is fierce! Have you listened to them? Awesome, simply awesome! Make sure you sing songs that fit your range, which may require you singing a new learned song over a favorite older one…

Make sure that if you are sick, having computer issues or have circumstances going on in your family you let us know by PM so we can help you make the round and also pray for your situation. Thanks!

Prizes include: 1st , 2nd & 3rd place banners for your page. Your winning entry will be nominated for the Hall Of Fame! (Vicgal who won our last contest has his in the Hall now after his win). We also are going to send the winner a SPECIAL PRIZE chosen just for them & their personality, this will be determined when we have our winner ;o)

REMEMBER YOUR THREE-LEAFED CLOVER! IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY USED IT!

Remember in round #4 everyone was given a three-leaf clover to be able to use throughout the rest of the contest, you may use you clover just once the rest of the contest, so use it wisely! It is used to switch your number from the one chosen to another number after they are posted & you see what they are. This can really come in handy if you are sick or something & want to use a pre-record from another of THAT WEEKS groups or do not have time that week to learn a new song! Once you have used the clover it will disappear from before your name so you will know it has been used. Your clover may be used up until the FINAL ROUND which it will not work magic anymore, so if you want to use it do it before then. You will be reminded when it is the last round you may use it :o)

Just so you all know, The artists were picked a while back. I am going thru each new round now before I post the new thread to see if the Lic. Monster ate any…
