i've been having this problem the last couple of days..
each time i try to record a song - i hit the record button next to my desired song - and then the browser brings up a box which says it had to close and sorry for the inconveniance....
it does this every time - before that annoying window comes up asking if i want to start the singsnap wizard!
i dont understand why! - i use the term browser because it hapens the same in both IE and firefox!

Have you used the 'contact us' area to notify singsnap of your problem?? You might get a more immediate response by doing that. The staff members that could help you aren't always here on the message boards. I could try to offer you my very amatuer help...1. Have you cleaned out your temporary internet files? 2. Have you tried rolling back your computer to a date where everything was working fine?
As I said any help that I offer is very amateur since i'm not a tech wiz.

k2501961 is at work again tonight lol!!!Good advice from grammatea4u on contacting support.
In the meantime, if you have installed Firefox 3 recently that *may* be the issue. There has been a host of issues with it including browser crashes.
Otherwise uninstall and reinstall Adobe flash and see if that clears things up!
Hope this helps!
