GENERAL INFORMATION

~2 rounds per week until Dec 27th when we will announce the Grand Winners!

~No one will be eliminated.

~6 New winners each round by earning votes and points for excellent singing (2 First Place, 2 Second Place, 2 Third Place) and then the final GRAND WINNERS who will be decided by cumulative point value throughout the contest.

JUDGES/HOSTS WILL BE JOINING BY ADDING AND SINGING A SONG~~JUST FOR AMUSEMENT. YES, you are required to listen to us!!..lol We listen to you so fair is fair!!!

DIRECTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS
1. We Have Placed You In Teams.
2. Each Of You Must Choose 2 numbers 1st number 1-40 (no repeats) 2nd number 1-10 (Repeats Allowed)
3. You have until Tuesday @ 9PM SS Time to choose your numbers.
4. Those who complete the challenge will receive an extra 2 points. 3 Points if it is on cam. 4 points to the first team to have all their challenge entries in first.
5. Pre-records are allowed (for main entry), if you have it and want to use it.
6. Challenges must all be posted before Main Round Songs are posted.
7. Banned Songs Are Still Banned. (Santa Baby & Lettermens Up on The Rooftop)
8. You will be voting this round.

DEADLINE
All challenge songs must be posted on thread before Thursday @ 9 PM SS Time. You can choose NOT to do the song, but you will lose the extra points and cost your team 4 points for NOT having all challenge entries in first. This is a Christmas contest, cut loose, let your inner child out, have fun.
Main Round Entry Songs are not to be posted until after 9 PM SS Time Thursday and MUST be posted by Friday 9 PM SS Time.

NO-SHOWS/WITHDRAWING
This is a non-elimination contest. If you cannot complete a round, you will not be removed from the contest, you simply will not be able to score points for that round. You may join in the following round, but please notify Shan or I so we can add you. If you feel you need to leave the contest for any reason please contact one of the judges and let us know. We also welcome anyone to join who has not been in previous rounds. All are welcome just PM Shan Or I.

Special Request from me to all of you
Last month I was commissioned to compose a piano wedding march. The Bride-to-be is a bridzilla. She is very specific and well, difficult at best. Her specifications were: Original, multi-faceted, a wintry feel, and a grand march opening. Basically she wants a wedding march for an Ice Queen…No pun intended… As my work progressed throughout the month she “lost” her patience with her wedding planner who was supposed to choreograph the entire wedding party march, you know when they all go flowing down the isle. So I am asked to not only compose this piece to her specifications, but to now choreograph to her desires. I say ok sure…for this price….done…

She has 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen and 2 flower girls. The ladies are wearing off white Victorian like dresses with the hem attached to the wrist on one side. The men are in white tuxes with emerald green cummerbund. So here is what I’ve “designed” “choreographed?” The wedding GRAND ENTRANCE plays, as it plays the six bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen move majestically into position. Men lined on the inside right isle and women lined on the inside left isle facing one another. As the GRAND ENTRANCE transitions into the next movement the men and women do a subtle, but graceful court dance. One hand in each moving in-together-turn-out-curtsey-in-together-out. As this movement flows into the next the men and women face forward and form a ^ with their arms and the flowers girls walk under and through. Once the flower girls go through and under the arms, one by one each couple steps together and forward until they reach the front. This is when the movement of music shifts directly onto the bride and her walk with her father. Step-glide-step step. As she is coming down the isle, from above they have placed a blower that will cause these little-itty bitty pieces of white paper to begin falling looking like snow until she reaches the front.

Now as you listen to this (Ladies especially) tell me if you get the sense of a wintry “fairy-princess” type wedding. She hears the final product on Weds and I really pray she likes it and I don’t have to do many changes. This is my first Professionally- commissioned piece. It took me 34 days to complete and I would love feedback. Please PM me.
