Please help me ! Mixer issue

Hi guys and singsnap singers from all over the world

i don't understand this point :

When I use to mixer and "adjust timing", sometimes I really cannot find the adjustment, or when I find It and the light is green, I click on "save" but then when I have the final result, it is not adjusted at all

can someone help? thanks a lot

TRY SETTING THE SAMPLE RATE ON YOUR SOUND CARD TO 44.1 KHZ TO MACH THE SINGSNAP RECORDER SEE WHAT THAT DOES THE GEAR GUY.

Hi, Caterina, my friend! Some things that may help you:

1) Be sure you have the latest Adobe Flash release-

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

2) Clear your browser cache and cookies, close and re-open your browser and sign back into SingSnap.

3) Run the SingSnap wizard. The wizard is designed to calculate your upload and computer speed which helps to sync your recording.

If these things don't help you, please, pm me and we'll try to make things better from there.

- Singen, Im not sure I quite understand though really sorry about that :-((, in french it's already a mystery for me and in english it's worse lol

I don't know how to find the sound card on my laptop nor to make it reach 44.1 KHZ :(((
sorry for being stupid but I really don't know
