I wanted to sing this song because to me it is a celebration every time we wake up to see another day...I give praise to God every day for all the blessings we have and most of the time take for granted! This is my all time cherished gospel song. It is the first one I remember singing, and it is the one that has helped carry me through the tough times that come in everyone's life. I took the liberty of turning the music off and singing the more complete version in the style that I learned and have always sang it in. God Bless

Hello everyone, first off I thank the judges for putting me through
Second, I thank God for the ability to be able to sing, that is why I chose the song I am doing because it celebrating God with song
and third, eight years ago I was a mess, drinking, staying out all hours, not paying my bills. and being unmarried at the age of 39. Then I found God and he turned my life around. I meet my beautiful wife... AMY and I have two beautiful step kids, my bills get paid and I have not drank for eight years that's why I am doing this song

The choice was hard, but singing was easy. It is indeed God's Amazing Grace that has brought me though many difficult times in my life. Through the fears of being a widow, through the fears of growing up and has blessed me with a beautiful life, family and friends. Then, to remember the day when I asked Jesus to come into my life and know that He has been there ever since. That really is Amazing!

Wow this song came at a good time. My favorite saying is "God will never give me more then I can Handle." and sometimes our Plates seem so full, and seems like more then we can handle.....
The reason I chose this song is because when I am in my deepest pity party, and I tend to forget that God loves me for whom I am and what I am.....I can always turn this song on and sing at the top of my lungs and it always reminds me of my quote " God will never give me more then I can handle," and I remember why I choose to become a Christian and the blessed life that I truly have, so I can feel my heart going back towards My relationship with God when I sing Rise up and Praise him. Here's my song for this round This is my favorite song just knowing that if not now farther along God will be by Our side i always listen to this when i'm down and out it reminds me of all the troubles in life i've had and all of them where solved by prayer.
How many times has something happened in your life and you set there and say why God why? and prayed till you fell asleep and wonder why there's still no answer like Me now i'm having a trying time You always have to look up to God sometimes prayers or answered right then and there other times You just have to wait but i know prayers are answered when You as soon as You pray them sometimes you just dont see them right away that's why this song has such meaning to Me just knowing that farther along we will know what God has in store for us and He does answer prayers it might not seem like he did but he has a plan for all of us and takes care of us in his own way.

i choose this song because when my wife and i returned to texas from virgnia about 7 years ago. we stayed with my brother- and- sister and law while our home was being built. we became very close . my brother-in -law was also the pastor of a church .we joined the church and met many new friends .we use to play this song every other sunday and all the people would act it out!!!!. since then my brother & sister in law have taken a church in oklahoma city . . we miss them a lot . everytime i hear this song i think of them and it warms my heart.

I am the Lords and he is there even if we don't see him.He has caught me so many times and put me back on my feet. This is my song of Praise and of celebration. Please keep my Mom (angileegirl) in prayer she was rushed to the hospital tonight all i know now is she's stable but her blood pressure shot up real high. And also keep My wife Robin (married98) in prayer she was doing better earlier but now is weak again with very low blood pressure.
