The memories of my youth are smothered with dreams, wonders, and the appetite for knowledge of the here after. For some unknown reason, I had a great fear of death when I was a child. I was not abused nor did I live in any dangerous communities or other dreadful circumstances. The classic battle between good and evil became a central focus at an early age for me. I lay awake for hours trying to avoid death, knowing that if my eyes shut tomorrow would never come. One night, I had a vision of Jesus, He came to me in a dream. It was so real! I awoke screaming because of the shock of the unknown and unannounced visitation. Since that time, I've not been afraid of death, I was delivered from some form of bondage that night. This song reminds me of my youth and the path that I've tried to walk ever since. Thanks for the listen, I hope you can relate.
